American Spinning Mill
The building was renovated and upfitted with 254 apartments and new site infrastructure was built to support the residential development. The historic building and site is wedged between an elevated railroad and a tributary of the Reedy River with moderate floodplain coverage across a moderate portion of the area.

Poe West
A pervious concrete parking lot and multiple subsurface gravel dry wells were used for subsurface runoff storage and water quality treatment. Two buildings totaling almost 65,000 SF were renovated for various tenants.

Markley Place
Markley Place is a great example of urban revitalization with a strong nod to Greenville’s textile history. The project features an enclosed courtyard, stunning views of the downtown skyline from the upper floors, and reclaimed bricks from an old Ford Motor Company plant.

We partnered with the City of Greenville and Harris Miniature Golf to assist with site design and floodplain permitting for the project. A critical part of the design required we verify the proposed mini golf course design and construction would not add fill within the floodplain.
