Opportunity
The development site previously served as the location of a service station for many years before being removed two decades ago. Our client, Cole Properties, had the vision for developing a small residential townhome infill project in west Greenville and across the street from AJ Whittenberg Elementary School. Architectural design is reminiscent of 1920’s styles.
Solution
We assisted the client with a site plan incorporating all desired improvements on the development parcel. At buildout, the development will have 14 attached, multi-story townhome units on both sides of a shared private drive. Extension of a new water main and small gravity sanitary sewer system were necessary to provide service to the development. The urban infill project also boasts the use of a buried underground detention system as site space is at a premium.
