Westgate on Wardlaw Townhomes

Opportunity

The ongoing growth of Greenville continues with the developer of this project wanting to construct six townhomes in the heart of downtown. The project site was quite small only totaling 0.23 acres and thereby necessitating an efficient design within the urban location.

Solution

Our role included serving as civil engineer and assisting the developer with design, permitting, and construction oversight for a multi-story single family attached townhome project in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.

Draft Single Family Attached regulations by the City of Greenville were used for the design of the site and required unique building positioning and establishment of a private street right of way.
