With Travelers Rest experiencing continued growth and success with the Swamp Rabbit Trail coming through downtown it made perfect sense for two local businesses to expand operations in this growing community north of Greenville.
Solution
Sandwiched between Old Buncombe Road and US-276 two older buildings were prime for redevelopment. With the assistance of SHLTR Architects, one building was renovated and became the new home for Coldwell Banker Caine and The Community Tap’s Travelers Rest location. Our team was brought aboard to reclaim the old parking lot between two existing buildings and convert it into what is now an outdoor patio space and provide a reconfigured parking lot at the back of the buildings to serve the site. The redevelopment provides additional real estate and taproom options for trail users and community residents.
