American Spinning Mill
The building was renovated and upfitted with 254 apartments and new site infrastructure was built to support the residential development. Markley Place
Markley Place is a great example of urban revitalization with a strong nod to Greenville’s textile history. The project features an enclosed courtyard, stunning views of the downtown skyline from the upper floors, and reclaimed bricks from an old Ford Motor Company plant.
