Opportunity

Darrohn Engineering was retained to assist the developer with developing construction drawings and obtaining site permitting approval for two 3-story duplex townhome buildings on the property.

Solution

This urban infill project presented unique challenges on a small site in downtown Greenville. One distinct feature required the integration of new sidewalks and steps to each unit through an existing historic stone retaining wall that encircles the project perimeter.
